DAGENA Schemes are developed and managed under the UNESCO UNITWIN (University Twinning and Networking) program of the “UNITWIN Network of Literacies, Green Skilling and Capacity Development of Sustainable Communities in Africa”.
The secretariat of DAGENA is based at Kyambogo University in Kampala with technical backup from Digital Green Investment Agency (DIGIA) and Fromyfarm PTY Ltd.
